I took myself to Perth for the afternoon to take some silk scarves and silk cards to Buth Bheag (Boo Vake) on 5 Watergate.  It ‘s such a funky little craft shop with scottish designer, check out the website www.boovake.co.uk.  If you’re in Perth it’s worth a look! I went to see the exhibition at the Museum and Art Gallery called ‘a passion for painting pattern’ by Raymond Honeyman, it’s great to see him still using a brush to design – keep those hand crafted skills going!  I also visited the new Tayberry gallery and Frames both excellent.  A lovely afternoon away for the studio.
